Dr. Yoshiteru MUTOH, Executive Committee member of Bone and Joint Japan, received “Foundation for the Future“ Award in his capacity as President of The Japanese Society for Fall Prevention by KODAMA International Education Foundation（Keiji KODAMA, Chairman）in Tokyo on February 27, 2019. The Foundation has recognized Dr. MUTOH’s years of contribution to raise public awareness on risks and prevention of fall especially for senior citizen.  Dr. Mutoh serves as President of The Research Institute of Health Rehabilitation of Tokyo and Director of The Japan Student Baseball Association as well as a number of other national medical and sports organizations.
